Who we are
Sunup Labs (“Sunup”, “we”, “us”) operates the website sunuplabs.com and is building the Sunup agent, a GitHub App that fixes breaking dependency and API upgrades.
This policy covers the website and the requests you send us through it. How the Sunup GitHub App handles your code is described on our Security page, and we'll update this policy before the app is generally available.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you book an upgrade audit or email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include, such as your name, company, GitHub organization, the upgrade tools and main language your team uses, and what you tell us about your upgrades. If you pick a time for a call, our scheduling service receives your name, email, and the details you enter there.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes standard technical information to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.
Fonts
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when you visit.
We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule your audit.
- To send you updates about Sunup, only if you've asked for them. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address and our correspondence while we're in touch about Sunup. You can ask us to delete it at any time. If we haven't been in contact for 24 months, we delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Email team@sunuplabs.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, for example in India, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.
Children
This website isn't directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant and we have your email address, we'll let you know.
